Conferences allow families and Guides to meet, check in about student life in the classroom and at home, and grow together as a team to support each child’s learning and development.
To continue to make conferences easily accessible to all of our families, conferences will take place remotely. Your student’s Guides will send a link (Zoom or Google Meet) for you to join your conference. Please contact the office with any questions.

Toddler conferences will take place on Friday, February 17, and school will be closed except for limited childcare. Toddlers should plan to attend school as usual on Thursday, February 16.

Conference Childcare
For our families who need it most, we will be offering childcare for Elementary and Primary students on Thursday, February 16, and for Elementary, Primary, and Toddler students on Friday, February 17, from 8:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m. Space is limited and sign-up is on a first-come, first-served basis. Pre-registration and payment are required. If you signed up for childcare last week, you do NOT need to sign up again.
Each level will need a minimum of 5 students signed up each day in order to operate. Families will be notified by noon on Friday, February 10, if the enrollment minimum has not been met and childcare is not available.
If your child’s level shows 0 spots available for the day(s) you’d like to have childcare, do not select a different program. Instead, please email the office to be placed on the waiting list.
