Jr. High, Elementary, and Primary: October 20 and 21

Conferences are a time for families and guides to meet, check in about student life in the classroom and at home, and to grow together as a team to support each child’s learning and development.
To continue to make conferences easily accessible to all of our families, conferences will take place remotely. After signing up for your conference you should automatically receive a Google Meet link. Please contact the office with any questions.
Select your student’s classroom below to sign up for a conference slot. Note: you will need to jump ahead to the week of October 17, and may need to scroll to see available slots.
JR. HIGH
Fall Conferences will take place on October 20 and 21. Conferences are on Thursday and Friday. Families may choose either an in-person or remote conference. If you need alternative conference arrangements, please email Tanesia.

ELEMENTARY & PRIMARY
Fall Conferences will take place on October 20 and 21. Conferences are on Thursday and Friday. School will be closed except for limited childcare (see below). If you experience any difficulties scheduling or need to change your conference time, please email the office – NOT your child’s teacher.

TODDLER
Toddler conferences will take place on Friday, October 21. School will be closed except for limited childcare. Toddlers should plan to attend school as normal on Thursday, October 20. If you experience any difficulties scheduling or need to change your conference time, please email the office – NOT your child’s teacher.

CHILDCARE
For our families who need it most, we will be offering childcare for Elementary and Primary students on Thursday, October 20, and for Elementary, Primary, and Toddler students on Friday, October 21, from 8:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m. Space is limited and sign-up is on a first-come, first-served basis. Pre-registration and payment are required.
Each level will need a minimum of 5 students signed up each day or we will need to cancel care for that level and day. Families will be notified by noon on Friday, October 14, if the enrollment minimum has not been met.
If your child’s level shows 0 spots available for the day(s) you’d like to have childcare, do not select a different program. Instead, please email the office to be placed on the waiting list.
