This annual celebration honors local history, community and art with vibrant performances, food, arts & crafts vendors, non-profit groups, and a variety of activities for children and adults. The Carnuel Parade and Fiesta came to life as a collaboration between the Harwood Art Center and several neighborhood community organizations.
